Thursday, October 18th, approximately 60 Realtors and guests attended a Broker?s Open featuring 5 properties located on the West side of Maui. All of the properties on the tour were exceptional and offered stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean, gorgeous sunsets and Island of Lanai.
Two properties stood out as my favorites.? The first on our tour, 69 Kuahulu Place is indeed the ultimate plantation style cottage.? Nestled on 4.55 oceanfront acres in Olowalu this charming home has all the modern amenities yet the architectural style of ?Old Hawaii?.
The last home on our tour featured in the? video above is nestled on the hillside above the Puamana, Lahaina.?? 111 Melekomo Place is indeed a looker!? The quality of construction and views are stunning.? Every Thursday evening, the cruise ship is moored off Lahaina and is perfectly framed in view from the expansive lanai of this luxurious ocean view home.
- 69 Kuahulu Place is represented by West Maui Land Company.? 111 Melekomo Place is represented by Maui Estates International.
- If you have an interest in either of these luxury Maui homes for sale, give us a call.? Island Sotheby?s International Realty may represent you as a buyer?s agent.
On another note, First Hawaiian Bank recently held their?Maui_Economic_Forecast_for 2013 at the Maui Beach Hotel.?? Dr. Leroy Laney, economics and finance professor at Hawaii Pacific University and adviser for First Hawaiian Bank provided guests with a forecast of Maui?s economy for 2013.? In a nutshell, Maui?s real estate market, construction and tourism are all recovering and should continue to see improvement.? For details click on the link above.
