Jonathan Rubenstein and his sister Gabrielle have nine New York locations for their coffee bar Joe.
Numeros 10 and 11 will be in Philadelphia. The 1845 Walnut St. location is percolating now and should be ready to sip by March, and space has been acquired for a second cup on Drexel?s campus. Joe?s own website describes themselves thusly:

So, when spring rolls around and you?re finishing up a cup of coffee at La Colombe on Rittenhouse, and you think, ?Man, I could go for a cup of coffee.? Go get yourself a cup of Joe.
